Jonnathan is an insurance industry executive with over fifteen (15) years of international experience. Partner at MSC-Re. Before that, he worked for one of the leading international insurers/reinsurers and a reinsurance broker, holding executive and regional roles in New York and Latin America.

María Agusta holds a degree in Business Administration and brings 25 years of experience as an executive in leading national and multinational insurance companies. She has held leadership positions in commercial and technical areas, specializing in the design and implementation of business strategies tailored to client needs, with a strong focus on expansion and product development.

Jorge is an insurance industry executive with more than twenty (20) years of experience. Before joining MSC Re, he worked at AIG (American International Group), where he held managerial and executive positions in Mexico and Monterrey, across underwriting, commercial, sales, and distribution areas.

Luis has 15 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, the last 10 of which as a reinsurance broker, managing negotiation and placement of programs for direct clients and for national and multinational insurers across lines such as Property, Terrorism, CPE, Fine Arts, and Casualty.

Keyla holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing and has five years of experience in financial, accounting, and administrative areas. She has developed her career in national companies in Ecuador, playing key roles focused on strengthening internal processes and optimizing administrative management.

Gabriela holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing and has more than ten (10) years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance market. She has worked for well-known multinational and national companies as a reinsurance broker and placement specialist across Property, Casualty, and Financial Lines.

David is responsible for technical inspections in industrial facilities to identify and assess operational, safety, and loss prevention risks. His work adds value to our clients through technical recommendations aimed at strengthening their risk management systems and facilitating efficient risk transfer to the market.

Darwin holds a degree in Business Administration and has eight (8) years of experience in the public sector, where he led procurement processes and was responsible for managing institutional insurance programs.
